Who We Are

We're Leap, a social enterprise with a single mission: to create lasting positive change for future generations.

As a sister company of MadiganGill, a UK construction services company, we work with real sites, real materials and real workforce challenges. Our programmes are shaped by what construction actually needs, not designed in theory.

We believe progress happens when social responsibility and sustainable practice move forward together. Through practical programmes and community focused initiatives, we help businesses reduce their environmental impact while opening pathways for the people who need them most.

Unlike commercial providers, we're not driven by dividends. Every surplus we generate is reinvested into our mission or donated to charitable causes, so our success is measured in social transformation, not just output.
